Ticket terms & fine print

The details worth reading before you buy.

Sessions are timed from the moment they start, not from the moment you scan in , an After 3PM ticket is good from 3PM until the lifts close that night. Tickets are valid on the date purchased only and cannot be carried over to another day.

Holiday rates are in place on December 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 and 31, plus January 18 and February 15. See the holiday hours for the full list.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the mountain closes for the day before your session starts, Guest Services will contact you about getting a credit toward a future visit. Early- and late-season hours may close earlier; operational dates are weather and snow dependent.

Youth pricing covers ages 5 through 12; ages 13 and up pay the adult rate.

Children 4 and under receive a complimentary ticket with a paid adult lift ticket and are handled at the ticket window. You must complete a daily ticket release for the child ahead of time.

Online releases are required for all tickets, rentals and lesson programs, and must be completed before you arrive. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete them for you. Sign the electronic release forms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Welch Village sells three sessions: All Day, After 3PM and After 6PM. All Day and After 3PM tickets are priced by age, with separate adult (13+) and youth (5 to 12) rates, and cost less Monday through Thursday than on Friday through Sunday and holidays. Current rates are listed on this page.

No. Welch Village sells lift tickets online only and does not sell them at the window. Buy your ticket for your specific visit date before you come, and you will complete your release of liability during the purchase process on the online store.

The After 3PM session runs from 3:00pm until lifts close that night, and the After 6PM session runs from 6:00pm until close. Sessions start at their posted time, not when you scan in, so an After 3PM ticket does not get you on the hill at 2:00pm.

Children 4 and under receive a complimentary ticket with a paid adult lift ticket. Ages 5 to 12 pay the youth rate and ages 13 and up pay the adult rate. Every child needs a lift ticket and a release of liability signed by a parent or legal guardian to be on the snow.
