Q: What are the savings if I purchase my 2024/25 season pass now versus waiting until next season to purchase?
A: Passholders can save up to nearly 40% off full rates when purchasing during the spring season pass sale. The prices offered through April 3rd, 2024 at noon will be the lowest rates available on 2024/25 unlimited season passes.
Q: When does the season pass sale start?
A: The season pass sale starts on Tuesday, February 20th at 9AM.
Q: When does the season pass sale end?
A: The spring season pass sale will end at NOON on April 3, 2024. There will be no exceptions to this deadline. We recommend purchasing your pass in advance of the deadline to ensure that you do not encounter any last minute issues.
Q: How do I renew or purchase my season pass?
A: You can renew your pass online only at welchvillage.com, prior to the deadline. If you are having issues, please email info@welchvillage.com or call our office at 651-258-4567.

Q: What is this whole "Add On" the remainder of the 2023/24 season all about?
A: If you are a new member to Welch Village who is purchasing a season pass for the 2024/25 winter, you have the option of paying an additional fee to have your season pass card activated immediately for use for the remainder of the 2023/24 season. The 2023/24 season is expected to run until mid-March 2024, however, our operating season is weather and snow dependent, and may end sooner. The additional fee is $70 for an Individual Pass (Adult/Youth) or $170 for a Family Pass. The $170 fee for a Family Pass upgrades all members of the family to passes that are active immediately during the 2023/24 season. The upgrade option for the Family Pass is an "all or nothing" fee, and you are not able to upgrade only one of the passes, etc. For less than the price of a full day lift ticket to Welch Village, this is a phenomenal deal to get skiing/riding now.
Q: If I'm already a member for the 23/24 season or if I'm a new member and do not choose to add on the remainder of the 23/24 season with my 2024/25 season pass purchase, when do I get my new season pass card?
A: Your new season pass card can be picked up at our office in the Fall of 2024 during our pre-season pick up dates. Please watch our website and social media for announcements surrounding when pass cards will be ready for pick up. If you do not pick up your pass card during the pre-season pick up dates, your season pass card will be mailed to you. If you do not upload a photo to your account, your season pass card will not be available for early pick-up at our Fall swap, and will also not be mailed to you. Photo uploads must be done in our online store. To upload your photo, click on the "Buy Now" button on our website homepage (top right), and then login to your guest record to upload your photo. Photos must be a current close-up headshot with no hats, sunglasses or goggles. If your photo is outdated in your guest record, please upload a more current photo of yourself.
Q: If I'm not already a member and purchase my pass for the 24/25 winter season and choose the add-on for the remainder of the 23/24 winter season with my season pass purchase, when do I get my season pass card?
A: You can pick up your season pass at our main ticket office on your first visit during the 23/24 winter season. If you do not pick up your season pass card before we close for the 2023/24 winter season, your pass card will be available to pick up during the Fall of 2024 during our pre-season pass pick up dates, or will be mailed to you after these dates. Please watch our website and social media for announcements surrounding when pass cards will be ready for pick up. Q: If I purchase season pass insurance, what does it cover?

Season Pass Insurance Coverage - CLICK HERE Please note that if you do not purchase pass insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind and understand that passes are non-transferable (not to any other season or to any other guest) and not available for re-sale to another guest.
Q: For the family pass, does the price go up for the number of family members added?
A: No, the family pass remains a flat price, no matter the size of your family! (See below for information on who is eligible to be considered "family".)
Q: For the family pass, who is all considered "family" and eligible to be added to the pass?
A: The family pass is for families, including parents and children (age 18 and under) living in the same home. Extended stay individuals are not eligible for this program. Please remember that kids 4 and under receive complimentary lift tickets at Welch Village.
Q: Will you be selling night club passes again this year? What about any other types of limited memberships (Trifecta pass, etc.)?
A: Yes, we do plan to sell night club passes at a later time, but those prices are not yet determined. We have not yet determined if we will be offering any other type of limited memberships at this time, and cannot make any guarantee that we will offer any other limited passes.
Q: What discounts do I get with my season pass?
A: Pass-holders will receive 10 points per season pass card that can be used towards purchasing discounted tickets for their guests. This discounted guest tickets must be purchased online. Instructions on how to purchase and details on pricing for the discounted tickets can be found HERE. Pass-holders will also receive 10% off tuning services in our Tuning Center. If a new member purchases an "Add On" pass for the remainder of the 2023/24 season, they will receive 10 points that can be used starting immediately, however, the points do not reload to 10 for next season (there are only 10 that can be used between the remainder of the 2023/24 season and all of the 2024/25 season).
Q: Will you be offering a payment plan for season passes?
A: We are not offering a payment plan for passes at this time.
Q: Once I have my pass card, how do I ski/snowboard each day?
A: You must present your physical pass card at either our Main Chalet outdoor ticket windows, or at our East Chalet (Jaxx) for scanning. Your pass card will be scanned and you will receive a physical lift ticket for the day that you must properly attach and display on your exterior clothing, in sight for our employees to see.
