A: Passholders can save up to nearly 40% off full rates when purchasing during the spring season pass sale. The prices offered through April 5, 2023 at noon will be the lowest rates available on 2023/24 unlimited season passes.

A: If you are a new member to Welch Village who is purchasing a season pass for the 2023/24 winter, you have the option of paying an additional fee to have your season pass card activated immediately for use for the remainder of the 2022/23 season. The 2022/23 season is expected to run until mid-March 2023, however, our operating season is weather and snow dependent. The additional fee is $70 for an Individual Pass (Adult/Youth) or $170 for a Family Pass. The $170 fee for a Family Pass upgrades all members of the family to passes that are active immediately during the 2022/23 season. The upgrade option for the Family Pass is an "all or nothing" fee, and you are not able to upgrade only one of the passes, etc. For less than the price of a full day lift ticket to Welch Village, this is a phenomenal deal to get skiing/riding now. Q: If I'm already a member for the 22/23 season or if I'm a new member and do not choose to add on the remainder of the 22/23 season with my 2023/24 season pass purchase, when do I get my new season pass card? A: Your new season pass card can be picked up at our office in the Fall of 2023 during our pre-season pick up dates. Q: For the family pass, does the price go up for the number of family members added? A: No, the family pass remains a flat price, no matter the size of your family! (See below for information on who is eligible to be considered "family".)Q: For the family pass, who is all considered "family" and eligible to be added to the pass? A: The family pass is for families, including parents and children (age 18 and under) living in the same home. Extended stay individuals are not eligible for this program. Please remember that kids 4 and under receive complimentary lift tickets at Welch Village. Q: Will you be selling night club passes again this year? What about any other types of limited memberships (Trifecta pass, etc.)? A: Yes, we do plan to sell night club passes at a later time, but those prices are not yet determined. We have not yet determined if we will be offering any other type of limited memberships at this time, and cannot make any guarantee that we will offer any other limited passes.Q: What discounts do I get with my season pass? A: Pass-holders will receive 10 points per season pass card that can be used towards purchasing discounted tickets for their guests. This discounted guest tickets must be purchased online. If a new member purchases an "Add On" pass for the remainder of the 2022/23 season, they will receive 10 points that can be used starting immediately, however, the points do not reload to 10 for next season (there are only 10 that can be used between the remainder of the 2022/23 season and all of the 2023/24 season). Q: Will you be offering a payment plan for season passes? A: We are not offering a payment plan for passes at this time.Q: Once I have my pass card, how do I ski/snowboard each day? A: You must present your physical pass card at either our Main Chalet outdoor ticket windows, or at our East Chalet (Jaxx) for scanning. Your pass card will be scanned and you will receive a physical lift ticket for the day that you must properly attach and display on your exterior clothing, in sight for our employees to see.
