Season Pass Holders will be able to pick up their pass cards at our annual Ski Swap in the Fall of 2021 (see website closer to event date for details). If pass cards are not picked up during the Fall Ski Swap, they will be mailed out to the address included in the main guest's record if there is a guest photo on file. If you were a new member in the spring of 2021 and chose to add on the remainder of the 2021 winter ski season with your purchase, you will be able to use the pass card that you received in the spring of 2021 for the upcoming 21/22 winter season and will not need to obtain a new card.
If you want to receive your pass card in the mail and avoid potentially very long lines when the ski area opens, your home address will need to be current in our system and have current photos uploaded to your guest record no later than October 31st.
If you do not have a photo on file, we will not be able to mail your season pass card in the fall. In the event of you not receiving your pass card in the mail, you can pick up your pass card at our office once we are open for skiing and snowboarding. In order to expedite the card pick up process, please upload a photo in your guest record on welchvillage.com (see photo upload instructions below). You are able to pick up your season pass card on the first day that you ski/ride this spring, however, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PICK UP YOUR SEASON PASS CARD ON A WEEKDAY. If picking up on a weekend, please expect significantly longer wait times (potentially outdoors). When arriving at the ski area to pick up your pass card, please come to the inside guest services windows for assistance.
Photo Upload Instructions: Upload a new photo for your pass card (CLICK HERE for instructions) If you already have a current photo uploaded in your guest record, there is no need to upload a new photo. Make sure the pass photo is a clear shot of the pass holders head. Do not wear a hat, helmet, mask, goggles, sunglasses etc in this photo.
It's very important to follow these steps, or you could experience significant delays in being able to use your season pass this winter.
