Season Pass Purchasing Hints
When purchasing your pass, there are generally two issues that can arise. The most common is not "attaching" a name to the pass you are purchasing. You do this while in your cart - you will see an icon of a person and next to that is the phrase "add/change guest". Click there and add the name(s) of the passholder(s). The second issue is password related. The easiest way around this is by setting up the passholder as a NEW guest.
