Employment

Welch Village welcomes applicants for employment to stop by the main office between 9 AM and 3:30 PM any weekday, and beginning on October 17th, Saturday mornings from 9 – noon. Once the season begins the office is open seven days per week until 9 PM. You may download an application and bring it with you or mail it to us at P.O. Box 146, Welch, MN 55089.
 
We offer many seasonal full and part time positions, two shifts, seven days per week in the following departments:
            Lift Operations              Snowmaking/Maintenance
            Rental Shop                  Food & Beverage
            Ski School                     Madd Jaxx Grill & Bar
            Retail Shop                   Office & Ticketing
